Over 8 days, experience the unique combination of ski touring with departures from the fjord’s edge and returns directly to your sailboat, all in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Guided by an Arctic skipper and a mountain guide, you’ll tackle daily ascents of 1,000 to 1,300 meters of vertical gain, suited for experienced skiers. Between descents, sail freely through majestic fjords, bathed in the mystical light of the Far North and possibly under the Northern Lights. More than a trip, this is a rare immersion where sporting adventure, spectacular landscapes, and life aboard come together to create unforgettable memories. Each morning, you’ll embark on ski tours with approximately 1,000–1,300 meters of vertical gain, experiencing the thrill of ascending and descending in the heart of the Lyngen Alps. Between ski sessions, you’ll sail through the fjords, enjoying full flexibility to adapt the route according to the weather and the preferences of the group. For advanced skiers, there are also technical routes featuring crampons, ice axes, and couloir descents, adding an extra element of challenge and adventure to the experience. Participants should be in good physical condition, maintaining regular activity of at least three hours per week. They should be proficient in ski touring and comfortable on black runs as well as off-piste terrain. Additionally, they need the technical autonomy to handle approximately 1,000 meters of ascent per day.
